Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and any profile details you provide (such as a username or avatar). This is handled via Supabase Authentication.

Usage data. We store the rizz messages generated during your sessions, your chosen tone, input type (image or text), a short preview of conversation text (up to 200 characters), your rizz score, and credit transaction history. This is used to power your message history and the leaderboard.

Payment information. If you purchase credits, payment is handled by Polar. We do not store your card details — Polar processes and holds payment information under their own privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (page views, general traffic patterns). No personal identifiers are collected by this system.

When you upload a screenshot or paste conversation text, that content is sent to Google's Gemini AI API to generate your reply options. Screenshots are not storedon Rizzly's servers — they are processed in memory and discarded after the AI response is returned.

A short preview of pasted conversation text (up to 200 characters) may be saved to your message history in our database so you can reference past generations. The full text is not retained.

By submitting content to Rizzly, you confirm it does not include private information belonging to others without their consent. Please do not upload screenshots containing sensitive personal data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the Rizzly service
• Generate AI-powered reply suggestions
• Manage your account, credits, and message history
• Display the community leaderboard
• Process payments for credit purchases
• Monitor and improve service performance

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your conversation content to train AI models.

Rizzly uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage
• Google Gemini — AI generation (receives screenshots and conversation text transiently)
• Polar — payment processing for credit purchases
• Vercel — hosting and anonymous analytics

Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns about how they handle data.

We retain your account data and message history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. payment records).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Rizzly uses cookies to maintain your login session (via Supabase). No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Rizzly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, contact us and we will delete the data promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Rizzly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
